What type of food does it work with?

It works best with dry kibble between 5-15mm in size. That range keeps the auger from jamming on smaller pieces and ensures larger kibble dispenses cleanly without crushing. If your kibble is outside that range, it may not feed reliably.

Does it need Wi-Fi?

Yes, a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection is required for app control and remote feeding. Without Wi-Fi, the feeder still runs its saved schedule locally, but you won't be able to adjust portions, watch the camera, or feed on demand from your phone.

What happens if the power goes out?

The feeder has a battery backup (4 D-cell batteries, not included) to keep feeding on schedule. On battery alone, it keeps running for up to 2 weeks of normal feeding, so a short outage won't interrupt your pet's routine.

Can I feed multiple pets?

Yes, you can set up multiple feeding schedules and portions for different pets. Each pet gets its own schedule in the app, so you can feed the cat at 7am and the dog at 7:30am without them sharing a bowl.

How do I clean it?

The food hopper and stainless steel bowl are removable and easy to clean. Pop both out, rinse the bowl, and wipe the hopper with a damp cloth — no tools needed, and it takes about five minutes.

What is the return policy?

The 30 days start the day your order is delivered, the feeder needs to be in its original condition with all accessories, and we cover return shipping — just email support@teezy.pro to start the return.
